It is paired with "yuzu," a Japanese winter flavor. By combining it with a paste with the refreshing scent of yuzu, it brings out an even deeper flavor. To finish, the chocolate and black truffle are luxuriously shaved and garnished with gold leaf.

How to eat

Please enjoy while stirring when it is still a little soft so that the spoon can slide in slowly. If it is too hard to slide the spoon in, leave it at room temperature or heat it in the microwave at 500W for 10 to 20 seconds.
