There is no expiration date, but we recommend consuming it as soon as possible, within 10 days of purchase, to maintain the flavor and texture.
We take every precaution to ensure quality, but if you encounter any problems, please have the actual product ready and contact us using the inquiry form.

About ordering
Please note that you can only specify one delivery date per order.
Multiple items can be shipped together in one order.
Please note that we cannot combine items ordered separately into one delivery.
Please note that due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for personal reasons.
Only digital gifts can be cancelled if they are unused.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 14 days of the order date, stating your order number.
About Shipping
If no delivery address is specified, your order will be shipped within 7 business days.
There are some areas where we cannot deliver, such as Okinawa Prefecture and remote islands.
In addition, if the delivery company determines that the order cannot be delivered to your area, the order may be canceled even after the purchase contract has been concluded. In this case, we will cancel the order and refund the product price and delivery fee.

We apologize, but we can only deliver products within Japan.

The receipt will be sent to you via email after your order is complete, or you can download the PDF receipt from "Order History" on your My Page. We cannot include receipts in products or send them by mail.
