商品はご注文受付後、3〜5営業日を目安に発送いたします。お届け日時のご希望は、ご注文の手続き画面にてご指定いただけます。土日および祝日、GW・年末年始等の長期休業期間は発送業務を停止しております。お休み中にいただいたご注文は翌営業日以降の順次対応となります。長期休業およびお休み期間を挟むご注文の場合、ご希望の日時にお届けできないことがございます。恐れ入りますが、ご指定日は余裕をもって設定いただきますようお願い申し上げます。

- If you are visiting Japan and staying at a hotel, we can deliver your order directly to your hotel. Simply place and pay for your order online, then enter your hotel's name and address along with your preferred delivery date and time. If you are in a hurry, please send us the following through our contact form for faster service: (1) your name, (2) the hotel for delivery, (3) your contact details, and (4) your preferred delivery date and time. Scheduled delivery is available as early as the afternoon of the next business day, and generally within 3 days.
- For direct shipping overseas, we accept orders with a minimum value of USD 50,000. Please contact us through our contact form. Please note that shipping is not available to some countries and regions.
