This premium gelato is made with a generous amount of the "mysterious white truffle" from Italy, which was purchased at the highest price ever (1 lot/2 million yen). White truffles are also known as "white diamonds." This rich and mellow gelato is based on two types of cheese and is luxuriously infused with the sensual and unique aroma of white truffles. It is paired with the traditional Japanese ingredient "sake lees." The subtle sweetness and gorgeous ginjo aroma give the white truffle aroma a complex flavor. To finish, it is luxuriously topped with white truffles and Parmesan cheese to resemble snow, and garnished with gold leaf. The white truffle oil served separately will give you an even more luxurious aroma.
