White truffles are also known as "white diamonds." This rich and mellow gelato is based on two types of cheese and is luxuriously infused with the sensual and unique aroma of white truffles. It is paired with the traditional Japanese ingredient "sake lees." The subtle sweetness and gorgeous ginjo aroma give the white truffle aroma a complex flavor. To finish, it is luxuriously topped with white truffles and Parmesan cheese to resemble snow, and garnished with gold leaf.
