This luxurious combination combines two layers of fragrant gelato, with a delicate and refreshing lingering aftertaste, made from Dom Pérignon, known as the finest champagne, and smooth and juicy strawberry gelato made from carefully selected, most delicious strawberries of the season.
The accents include a slightly salty strawberry and cherry sauce, warabimochi (warabi mochi) with Dom Perignon, and a finishing touch of ruby chocolate and light feuilletine.

How to eat

Please enjoy while stirring when it is still a little soft so that the spoon can be inserted slowly. If it is too hard to insert the spoon, leave it at room temperature or heat it in the microwave at 500W for 5 to 10 seconds while keeping an eye on it.
